“Unavailable” can describe several different conditions. The message beside the licence is the best clue.
No new licence can be purchased. Prior buyers keep the rights granted by their completed licences, but new checkout is closed.
Use Make an offer rather than Add to cart. The producer has chosen to negotiate the exclusive price.
WAV delivery requires a WAV upload. Trackout, Unlimited, and Exclusive require a stems ZIP. The producer must add the missing asset before that tier can be sold.
SoundSeam temporarily blocks purchasing while required split invitations are pending.
The producer may have paused the tier or left an incomplete setting.
Choose another active tier only if it truly covers your intended use. Do not purchase a lower tier with an informal promise that missing files will arrive later. Contact the producer and ask them to correct the listing.
Open the track editor, verify WAV and stems upload status, review licence activation and price, then resolve pending collaborator invitations. Check the public page again in a private browser window.
