Understand which order, receipt, download, offer, and project URLs should not be posted publicly.
Some SoundSeam links are intended to be shared publicly, while others contain a private reference or grant access.
Public profile, beat, playlist, collection, kit, and published Pro-site links are designed for promotion.
Treat these as private:
A private URL may contain an identifier that lets the recipient open information or complete an action. Do not post it in a public comment, stream, or social bio.
For a project invitation, revoke it and create a new one. For an account-recovery link, request a fresh link and secure the email account. For an order or receipt link, contact support with the purchase ID and where it was exposed.
Secure download links can expire naturally, but expiration is not a substitute for careful sharing.
Support may request a purchase, track, offer, project, or transfer ID. It should not need your password, full card number, bank login, Whop password, or one-time authentication code.
