Review catalog usage, add space, and understand cancellation without losing existing files.
Open Settings → Billing & Subscription to review catalog capacity. Check used space and uploads in progress before starting a large upload.
Review original files and retained versions. Hiding a listing does not free space. Recoverable files can continue to count until their retained originals are removed. Keep a local backup before cleanup; protected copies for past purchases remain available.
A small overage is allowed when replacing a file on an existing track. This is not extra capacity for new tracks or kits. If the correction still cannot fit, free space or add capacity.
Choose the amount you need in 5 GB steps at $0.50/month per step. 50 GB costs $5/month, in USD. Review the total, billing date and effective date before confirming. Capacity does not upgrade Free to Pro or change selling fees.
Wait for payment confirmation before retrying. If your receipt says paid but capacity is missing, contact Support with the receipt ID. Do not purchase again.
Cancellation stops renewal. Capacity continues until the paid-through date shown before confirmation. If your catalog then exceeds the allowance, new uploads pause. Existing files, playback, sales and customer downloads remain available, with no automatic overage charge or storage-triggered deletion.
Pro and capacity are separate subscriptions; manage each one. See Catalog storage and capacity.
