How catalog storage and subscription prices are protected for existing accounts.
Existing accounts with protected catalog storage keep those terms. Standard catalog allowances are 25 GB Free and 250 GB Pro. Your account shows the policy that applies to you.
Protection continues if you change roles, finish producer setup later, change between Free and Pro, or cancel Pro. Protected accounts do not need a catalog capacity add-on.
File-size limits, supported formats and safety checks still apply. Catalog protection does not mean unlimited advanced searches, transcription or private project media.
An existing paid Pro subscription keeps its current price while it continues. If it ends and you rejoin, the current price applies. Review the quote before changing billing cycle.
Lifetime Pro stays lifetime, with no recurring Pro payment. Catalog protection and Pro access are separate account benefits.
If the policy shown looks wrong, contact Support from the affected account with the exact message. Do not buy extra capacity to fix an incorrect policy.
