Create as many projects as you need. Cloud recordings and images use 2 GB on Free or 10 GB on Pro. This is separate from catalog capacity and purchased files; extra catalog space does not increase project media capacity.
A recording can be saved on your device before it syncs. Read its status before leaving, signing out or clearing app data. Export important unsynced recordings where available.
New cloud media uploads pause. Existing work and playback remain available, and you can keep writing and organizing projects. Transcription has its own monthly allowance.
Manage media or export before retrying. Removing a canvas item may not immediately free space if a retained version still references the file. Check the meter after cleanup.
Media capacity does not reset monthly. SoundSeam does not automatically charge overages or delete existing work because you reached capacity. Contact Support if existing work becomes inaccessible.
