Connect SoundSeam to Klaviyo
Klaviyo lets you turn your SoundSeam customer activity into email and SMS marketing.
When someone buys from you, downloads from you, or gives you their contact information, SoundSeam can send that information into Klaviyo. From there, you can organize your audience, follow up with buyers, promote new releases, and build automated flows around what people actually do.
This is useful if you want to stay in touch with artists, reward buyers, announce new beat drops, or send targeted offers without manually copying contacts from one platform to another.
What Klaviyo can receive from SoundSeam
After your Klaviyo account is connected, SoundSeam can help sync customer information such as email addresses and phone numbers.
SoundSeam can also send customer and purchase events into Klaviyo. These events can be used to trigger flows, build segments, and understand how people are interacting with your store.
For example, you may want to create a flow that follows up after a purchase, sends a discount to a returning customer, or rewards someone after they take a specific action.
How to connect Klaviyo
Go to your SoundSeam settings and open the integrations area.
Choose Klaviyo, then select the option to connect your account. You will be sent to Klaviyo to approve the connection.
After approval, you will return to SoundSeam. Once the connection is active, SoundSeam can begin syncing supported customer and event data to your Klaviyo account.
What you can do after connecting
Once Klaviyo is connected, you can start using your SoundSeam activity inside Klaviyo.
You can build lists and segments around your customers, create automated follow-up emails, send SMS campaigns if your account supports them, and trigger flows from purchase or reward activity.
This gives you a cleaner way to market to people who already showed interest in your music.
Recommended first flow
A simple place to start is a post-purchase flow.
When someone buys a beat, you can send a thank-you message, include helpful next steps, invite them to follow you, or offer a discount on their next purchase.
You can keep this simple at first. The goal is to make sure every customer hears from you after buying, without you needing to send each message manually.
Disconnecting Klaviyo
You can disconnect Klaviyo from SoundSeam at any time from your integration settings.
After disconnecting, SoundSeam will stop sending new data to Klaviyo. Data that already exists inside Klaviyo may still remain there, depending on your Klaviyo account settings.
