Configure storefront tracking, test supported events, and avoid duplicate Purchase reporting.
SoundSeam Pro can send supported storefront events to a Meta Pixel from the producer site.
Open the Meta integration section in Pro settings, enter the numeric Pixel ID, and save. Use the Pixel ID—not an access token, business password, or entire script snippet.
After saving:
Consent state, browser privacy settings, content blockers, an incorrect Pixel ID, or testing only inside the editor can prevent client-side delivery. Delayed server-side events may arrive after the page event.
Server-side delivery can improve reliability, but it does not remove your responsibility to configure consent and privacy disclosures for the places where you operate.
Do not manually add another Meta Purchase script to the same SoundSeam checkout path. Browser and server versions of the same event should be deduplicated; an extra custom script can create a separate event Meta cannot match.
Contact support with the site URL, event name, test time, and a Pixel ID with its middle digits masked. Never send a Meta access token.
