Keep a beat, lyrics, references, notes, images, recordings, and collaborators in one private workspace.
A SoundSeam project is a private workspace around a song idea. It is useful before and after a beat purchase, but it is not itself a licence.
Open a beat and use its project action, or open Projects. Add the beat, then build the workspace with:
Use projects for serious candidates rather than treating every saved beat as a project.
Open the share dialog, choose a role, then send an email invitation or copy the invitation link.
Invitation links expire and can be revoked. If you share a link broadly, anyone who has it before expiry may be able to join with the selected role.
Sharing a project does not transfer project ownership, grant a beat licence, change publishing rights, or add a revenue split. Complete those actions in the appropriate purchase, licence, or track-collaborator flow.
Wait for an active upload or transcription to finish, refresh, and check whether the item remains. For a failed voice note or image, retry that item rather than rebuilding the whole project.
