Use Offers for a private negotiation while keeping the final price, files, and terms clear.
Offers let an artist and producer negotiate an Exclusive licence without putting a fixed buy-now price on the public page.
In the beat editor:
Confirm the exact beat, currency, total price, included files, licence terms, collaborator approvals, sample status, and any deadline. Keep material decisions in the SoundSeam offer thread so both sides can review the same record.
A proposal is not complete merely because it was discussed. Review the latest proposal before accepting; a counterproposal can replace an earlier number. Do not treat a screenshot or off-platform message as the final checkout state.
The buyer receives the purchased files and licence through the order flow. The beat becomes unavailable for new sales when the exclusive transaction is finalized.
If an accepted offer cannot continue to checkout, check pending collaborator confirmation, missing stems, an inactive Exclusive licence, or an invalid price. If Offers and the public beat page disagree, contact support with the offer ID and beat URL before creating a second offer.
